Please complete the online portion of registration below prior to Registration on January 12.

You must still go to Registration on Tuesday, January 12.  It will be held from 7 – 9 p.m. in the Main Building Commons.  Player and parent can come anytime from 7 – 9 p.m. to hand in a copy of a physical, make payment by check (if necessary), pick up season information, order apparel, and pick up fundraising information.

A copy of a current physical (one that will be good through the entire season) must be presented at Registration.  No athlete will be able to start practice without a copy of a current physical on file.  Freshmen already have a current physical on file, so there is no need for them to provide that at Registration.

All information will be filled out online and must be completed by Registration on Wednesday, December 9.

Registration will be held on Wednesday, December 9 from 7 - 9 p.m. in the Main Building Commons.  Player and a parent can come anytime between 7 and 9 p.m. to hand in a copy of a physical, make payment by check (if necessary), pick up season information, order apparel, and pick up fundraising information.

Online registration will open on December 1 and instructions will be e-mailed and posted online.
 
The participation fee will be $530 plus a $50 refundable jersey deposit, bringing the total registration fee to $580.
You can pay the full amount online by credit card (there will be an additional $20 service fee added) or by check at Registration  We will be offering an installment option with 3 check payments (December, January, and February).  Details will be made available shortly.

There are three payment options:

1.    Pay in full by credit card during online registration.  Please note that there will be an additional service fee of $20 for all credit card transactions.

2.    Pay in full by check at Registration.

3.    Pay in 2 installments at Registration.  You must provide 2 checks as follows:

a.    1 check for $400 dated January 12, 2010

b.    1 check for $180 dated February 15, 2010

Please note that the 2^nd check will be deposited on February 15, 2010.  If your check bounces, you will be responsible for the fees.
